| I found it extremely difficult to find a good profile photo of William Shatner and still harder to capture his likeness because the photo was in heavy shadow. For those who have wondered why the captains are in the order they are on the painting, I made that decision based on the level of profile I was able to get original material on. Kate Mulgrew is in full profile, Avery Brooks a little less, Bill Shatner still less, and Patrick Stewart is starting to be closer to a 3/4 view. | Acrylic and Prismacolor, 1996 |
